Living The Life God Has Called You To

Christian life coaching is a structured, future-focused process in which a

trained Christian coach helps individuals understand their current situation,

clarify the vision and purpose God has placed within their lives, identify

obstacles, develop biblical perspectives, establish meaningful goals, and

create practical action steps that move them toward becoming the person

God has called them to be and living the life God has called them to live.

Christian life coaching incorporates the core principles of life coaching while

intentionally integrating biblical truth, prayer, spiritual growth, and

dependence upon God's direction. The coach does not diagnose, counsel, or

treat mental health conditions. Instead, the Christian life coach helps clients

discover their God-given strengths, gifts, passions, values, and purpose, align

their thinking and decisions with Scripture, develop the habits and mindset

necessary for growth, and take intentional action toward fulfilling the vision

God has called them to pursue.

Living with Meaning and Purpose

The goal of Christian life coaching is not simply personal success,

achievement, or self-improvement. It is helping individuals live with greater

clarity, purpose, spiritual maturity, and intentionality as they pursue the life

and calling God has placed before them.

CORE ELEMENTS OF CHRISTIAN LIFE COACHING

• Awareness: Helping clients appropriately identify their current situation
spiritually, personally, relationally, and professionally.

• Clarity: Helping clients understand their values, strengths, spiritual gifts,
passions, challenges, priorities, and areas of growth.

• God-Given Vision: Helping clients identify and develop a clear
understanding of the vision God has placed within their lives and what
they believe He is calling them to pursue.

• Purpose: Helping clients live intentionally according to God's calling
rather than simply reacting to circumstances or pursuing goals without
spiritual direction.

• Biblical Alignment: Helping clients examine their beliefs, decisions,
priorities, habits, and goals in light of Scripture.

• Goal Setting: Helping clients establish clear, meaningful, and
achievable goals that move them toward fulfilling their God-given vision
and purpose.

• Strategy and Action: Helping clients develop practical steps, habits,
systems, and strategies necessary to move from intention to
implementation.

• Mindset Development: Helping clients identify limiting or unhealthy
thinking and develop new perspectives that are consistent with biblical
truth, faith, responsibility, and growth.

• Spiritual Coaching: Encouraging growth in prayer, Scripture,
dependence upon the Holy Spirit, spiritual disciplines, obedience, and a
deeper relationship with God.

• Accountability: Supporting clients in taking consistent, purposeful action
while remaining responsible for the decisions and commitments they
make.

• Overcoming Obstacles: Helping clients identify internal and external
barriers that may be preventing progress and develop healthy strategies
for moving forward.

• Transformation: Guiding clients toward meaningful and lasting growth in
character, confidence, spiritual maturity, relationships, habits, and
purpose.
